I’m happy that spring is on the way – the cold here in the Ukraine has been torture for me! What’s not to love about spring? The colours, the cool breeze, the beauty of mother nature, the joy of finally bringing sandals back in to our lives!

In preparation for this awesome season, I’ve put together a couple of cool trends that I definitely want to include in my wardrobe. I’ve found a tall girl pick for each look but I’d love your help to locate a few more options. I’d like to find the best that our tall world of fashion has to offer so channel your inner stylist and please leave me a comment below stating the number and where I might find other options in a length that fits…

1. Bell-bottomsBellbottoms

These wide leg pants / bell-bottoms are one of my favourite trouser styles. Upgrade your work-wear by styling these with a button-up shirt and a fitted blazer. Lauren recently reviewed this Chèlbe pair, awarding them top points for delivering on both length and comfort.

2. Floral Patternsflorals

Floral patterned dresses bring about the beauty of nature and the colours in spring. This style is feminine and flirty, embodying youthfulness. ASOS Tall have quite a few pieces in a floral print and this Topshop TALL Pop Floral Ruffle Dress is well worth checking out.

3. The DungareesDungarees

I love how dungarees can be both stylish and comfortable. Wear them with sneakers or chic it up a bit with a pair of heels. You can bag a bargain if you’re quick – this Long Tall Sally jumpsuit is currently in the sale for £30.

4. Sleeveless Blazer

Another office essential this spring is the sleeveless blazer or duster jacket. As the style is both sleeveless and longline, you won’t need to buy it from a tall range. I love how this simple addition brings a touch of class and elegance to most outfits.

5. Silk Scarfscarves

Looking to keep your neck warm and still stay stylish during the chilly days of spring, look no further. A silk scarf is all you need; they are perfect for this season and go well with almost every look. The HØFSisters recently looked at how the humble silk scarf can be used to refresh your office style and fellow tall girl, Bianca Elgar talks to TALL GUIDES about her latest silk scarf collection.

The real beauty of the silk scarf for us taller ladies is that we can buy one anywhere – no measuring, no internet shopping (unless of course, you choose to), no trying on and no disappointments… just purchase & wear for instant elegance!

6.  Fringe Skirts & Dresses

If you’re looking to pull off eccentric elegance for an event or a party, this look will definitely do the trick. However, there seems to be a shortage of tall fringe dresses and skirts out there so I need your help to find them! If you have any recommendations or have seen one at your favourite tall retailer; please leave me a comment below.

I’ll be back later this month with 7 more seasonal styles and in the meantime, I hope this has inspired you to try a new look this spring.
